I'll tell who didn't have a vote -- the Delta pilots.
You know. The ones who pay the bills.
Just like the Comair pilots do not vote for our EVP!

I think his point is how much dues money is provided by each group versus the amount of EVP representation.

Well lets see, all of the majors has a EVP to themselves. OH is currently in a group B with Airtran, Capital Air Cargo, Compass, North American and Spirit. All of those pilot groups have one EVP and we, Delta has a EVP dedicated to ourselves. The four group A EVP's represent the more than half of all ALPA members in good standing. Let me say that again, Four pilots that represent over 23K of the roll call votes(four carriers). The rest of the 34 carriers are represented by five EVP's.

No. Because the person answering was genuinely trying to be helpful and not trying to help make a derogatory point against Check.

I was not being derogatory to you what so ever. It was a yes/no answer.

Yes. A "yes/no answer" eagerly given to a rhetorical question intended to be derogatory.

Check Essential:

Something to ponder ...

If the Delta MEC negotiates with Delta Management and Delta Management OWNS Comair, why couldn't the Delta MEC simply negotiate with Delta Management if they wanted their furloughed pilots hired at Comair without resigning seniority?

Why was JC Lawson involved at all?
