Those cats must be fat too. They eat crew meals.

Hahahah. I actually had an FA who was taking all the shrimp off of the shrimp salads and putting it in a zip-lock. I saw her stuffing it into her bag and asked her what her plans were for the shrimp. She told me she takes all the leftover shrimp home for her cats.

You know, I think I flew with her and she was a very nice lady in a grandmotherly way. The Captain commented on the van "doesn't she know about the stereotype?" If the same lady, she was a very good, very od school Flight Attendant and the total definition of a professional earned in the days that they were equipped with white gloves to handle passengers instead of wrist restraints.

You know, 90% of them are the same way. We give them a bad time for being grannies and owning cat ranches in their Buckhead condos, but for the most part they do a very good job. In most cases they are much better for the customers than some of their new younger counterparts that are only pleasing on the eyes.

Not as nice as the 24 Hour Fitness was in the basement at McCarran in Vegas. It had showers and everything. They want us to get fat and medical out around age 55 so they will never give us anything to actually make the pilot group or FA group healthier.

Speaking of Hotels... When do the North guys start staying at the Delta Hotels? I am not really looking forward to another JFK Crown Plaza layover...

We started changing over this month, the LAX is now the Wilshire (at least until they tear it down in 2011). I don't know how long the complete transition will actually take though.....

Hate to break it to ya, but if that's the one out by the airport, we stay there too.

25 hours in that hotel, on Thanksgiving, with no bar, no resturant, no take-out plces nearby, no TV, and no Internet... That was Fun!
