We really need more group hugs around here. How about one to celebrate more MD-90s?

note to self. you may have to zoom in on iphone to type. just remember submit returns to the top of your post. all zoomed in. if you put the phone on the kitchen counter then you have to explain the quad clevages that your zoomed in on.

consequences. all dont end in a group hug but they should.

While there is a lot of medical explanations my wife's transplant is being postponed (some areas of concern during pre-surgery testing) and being relisted as a dual kidney/liver transplant. While this is very disappointing in the short term in the long term the doctors say her prognosis is much better. Also, because of the nature of her disease (it is very rare) she is actually fairly high on the list and we expect to be back for the double transplant within a year. I can't thank everyone enough for all the support we've been given by everyone and I'll be sure to update whenever anything changes. I would also like everyone to know that Delta Air Lines management and the insurance company (yes - we have United Health) have also been extremely supportive during all the care we have received since she first became ill. If anyone ever has issues with their health insurance please feel free to PM me because I have learned way more about our insurance benefits than I ever wanted to.

Thanks again,
