The first step would be include "scope" in the DALPA mission statement.
It's not in there right now.

The mission statement sets the priorities for the MEC...
A resolution at the local level is the starting point.

I agree. That should be in there. And IMO the most glaring error with our current mission statement is that it is wide open to interpretation by whomever is reading it. A vague reference to "improvements" can be interpreted as a 1% increase or a 100% increase! Given the severity of the hole in which we find ourselves, the wording is simply inadequate and inappropriate.

Good earning from UAL. Their cash and equivs are over 8 billion. Ever good when compared to competitors.

Its that whole waiting until we see what LCC does with their Snap Back Grievance, and what APA and UALALPA do prior to seeing our bar thingie.
