Any predictions on road conditions. Curious about employee busses and I-85 heading south.

Can someone leave me a gallon of type IV fluid in the lounge so I can de-ice my truck?

Anyone been driving in this mess?

Thanks in advance. Cheers,

I'm curious too, I now have gotten a trip assigned on SC, deadhead no less. I was thinking about leaving 5 hours early and just seeing what happens. Possibly going to try Marta but also not thrilled about being stuck on marta, every time I'm on that stupid pee smelling train I get hit up for money and it's not where I want to be for 7 hours.

I've heard 285 is closed for all intents and purposes. Saw on facebook that it was an absolute mess with jack knifed trucks and abandoned cars on the highway and it took 2 hours to do a normally 45 min trip. We're still 5" of snow on top of slush and ice and 1/4" of ice on top of all of it. If I can't make it I'll limp back home and call but I'm not going to wreck my truck and deal with the insurance issues all for some dumb deadhead to a one leg back. No offense.

Default MSP Forecast

What's all the fuss about, a little snow and ice. (just kidding, I got stuck in NY last time, happy to be home sitting this one out)

Here is the forecast for your Northern Station (MSP) for the week:

Light snow lingers a bit today before tapering to flurries this afternoon ... expect another inch or so of additional accumulations ... 2-day totals will end up being around 2"-4" for most, with 5" - 7"+ for the MN River Valley & I-90 Corridor. Temps today will slowly climb back to the mid-20s.

We’ll take a slight break tomorrow with some peeks of sun & chillier highs in the teens. Two little clippers bring slight snow chances for Thursday & Friday before an arctic outbreak of COLD moves in for the weekend.

On icrew it says that the vacation weeks available for secondary bidding is available but it does not say where. Where do they post it?

I was on hold for over two hours waiting for crew tracking. Finally gave up. They need that system that gives you an estimated wait time.
