Oh well, they will reinstate em if they can and run em late. Most of the feed on those flights was preemptively canceled last night and most of the those passengers were routed though other hubs so only the O and D passengers will be effected. Them poor souls probably cannot get out of their driveways
You have no idea. A snowplow got stuck in the alley behind my house. Yes, snowplow.
I've shoveled 2x, but with the wind, it keeps drifting back, so I'll have to do it again. I already missed a wedding, might have to miss the reception; but such is life in the great white north. Yeesh.

That is not correct. You were finished when you were within 4:15 (min day) of the monthly max. Pre-BK, the monthly max was normally 80 hours, so you would be done when you got to 75:46 for the month. The company had a limited abilility to flex above 80 in a given month (up to 84, if I remember correctly). You would then have to be within 4:15 of the higher monthly max, but the reserve guarantee also increased above 75 hours.
After BK, the reserve max was set at 88 hours, so you had to fly to 83:46 to be done for the month.

Gents,
Lets not ask for increasing any hours in any way. 75 hours for reserve sounds good, but let’s not give any ideas that we can work more. Big part of deterioration of our profession is that pilots everywhere have to fly more to make ends meet and run companies understaffed. Too many people are overworked and half depressed.
I think we should ask for 60 hour line guarantee and 65 hour reserve pay with doubling our hourly rates.
Not to forget the main point of any new contract: RULES and more important than rates.
