1) Accept the assignment & get the day paid back
2) Decline the assignment with no repercussions.
As far as I know, that is it. No extra $$$.
Yep, no extra money, just the day back.

It made me a bit unnerved and ticked off that Emirates was all over the advertising for last weeks Breeders Cup. Yes, they can spend their money as they see fit, however they are dumping massive amounts of it on gaining and growing a foothold in the US. I would bet they are spending massive amounts on lobbying efforts in an effort to focus on the growing part. Talk about a camels nose under the tent.
I keep seeing you post about a unified group and your opinions against DPA. The problem is we are already a divided group....... Those who want to believe in ALPA even with all its shortcomings and those who would like to see a new representative body that will support Delta pilots not the masses.

I need some help on moving reserve days. I know the coverage has to be above the required. I just do not know where to go into icrew? and put in the request.

Actually they still have a few CR7s left, they're trying to get rid of the rest (ASA has picked up several, as have some overseas airlines). A lot of my friends at QX are convinced that this, along with the decision to kill the Horizon brand and make it a mere "Alaska Express" carrier, is a first step to another regional coming in to fly mainline-replacement-sized aircraft for Alaska. If so, you wonder who's really behind it - AAG management alone or Alaska's largest codeshare partner and potential purchaser looking for a way to outsource 86-seat flying (directly or indirectly)?
