Ok. I've searched the PWA high and low and cannot find the answer. I figured I'd ask the all-knowing thread.
I've been on long-term leave and am de-qualed on my aircraft. When I return I will need 3 bounces to get current again. Interestingly I have a trip THE day I return to active status, which I will obviously not be qualified to fly.
My question: How do they handle this? Obviously they will have to drop the trip, but am I pay-protected until they can get me into the sim for bounces? How available do I have to be (ie weekends) to head into the sim?
iCrew has a popup telling me to call the CPO at least 21 days prior to de-qualing, which I did. They said they can't touch me (meaning I can't go to the sim, even if I want to) until I return to active payroll status. Anyone had this scenario?

Anybody out there an AQFO? Is it a good deal? Can you still control skeds well? Pay? Training? Do you specialize in certain theatres?
Thanks

This is predicted as an operating profit or net? Anybody know?
Even though Delta Air Lines is no longer the biggest in the industry, thanks to the Oct. 1 merger of United Airlines and Continental Airlines, analysts say Atlanta-based Delta should still be top dog for this quarter's profits.

This article compares the largest 9 airlines. I was at first a bit surprised at AAI. It doesn't look like they'll provide too much help to WN in the NIM category. Although, it may mean that they really can't dump too many cheap fares in ATL or elsewhere or else suffer NIM erosion. Herb and Gary Kelly has always prided themselves on maintaining high margins. Also, hopefully this will give the AMR guys a bit of leverage in contract talks.

Well, I believe Cam Newton is great, but not so sure our defensive backs will hold up against ARK's QB's and probable first pick of the draft's air assault... however, I have hope and I really hate Patreno so I sure hope the 6-0 cardiac tigers win. GO TIGERS!
I say all of that because I'm going to post this pic to correct Carl's sin but I don't want to hear any trash talking if Auburn fails to win. We're Auburn, we have girls that look like this below, we never lose.

You state the new policy of ALPA is to truly represent all pilot groups. In the course of that representation, ALPA will never allow one group to gain another's flying. If that is attempted by management in any direction, the full resources of ALPA and the MCF will be brought to bear up to and including a strike.
Or by "in the course of that representation," do you only mean contract negotiations?

T- Read what I was responding too. It was NOT in response to the MEC level.
