That is totally awesome!
We asked about that. Attrition is a big unkown until more people start hitting the 65 mandatory.
I got the impression that guys have already been staying beyond 60 at a higher rate than anybody anticipated.
They thought more NWA pilots that still have their defined benefit would leave. They haven't.

Was outta here on early retirement but the medical forced me to stick around.
NewKnow;
Trust me I agree 100% At a min we will have two airlines that have no furloughs. (HA or AS) We recently hired and may do so again. HA is hiring and the latest vacancy bid at AS shows more furloughed pilot returning.
I know I want as much seniority as I could get with either one of them. I personally think that HA would be easier since they have the same spectrum of flying we do. AS would hurt if there were not very large fences.

The green guys just had their chance and it went all the way down to almost 2200 SSN . That argument is over unless they were to get bumped off the 330.
How many years & months left until age 65 is in full effect?
Disclaimer: Some liberties taken for the sake of catchy slogans. There were no good pictures of the New Delta paint scheme with the LAX background that worked well for my picture placement needs, no disrespect intended. FTB is for Delta first; Delta pilots, Delta employees, Delta passengers, Delta management, Delta Air Lines. And yes, I do get codeshares and the reasons for them. No disrespect towards Alaska employees, seem like fine people and a fine airline to merge with, its just I prefer to grow then merge but I prefer to merge then to lose.
