We asked about that. Attrition is a big unkown until more people start hitting the 65 mandatory.
I got the impression that guys have already been staying beyond 60 at a higher rate than anybody anticipated.
They thought more NWA pilots that still have their defined benefit would leave. They haven't.

Since we are talking about a potential AK merger, I'd like to hear how the NWA merger was sold to the fDAL guys.
On the fNWA side, we didn't get a whole lot of information, of than "yea, it's happening, we're going to do our best".

I don't know, something tells me that while that might play in to it, it wouldn't increase the rate of early retirements.
As it stands, the DAL plan costs a huge amount of coin....enough to flip it into the negative side.
