They actually fly the RNP to 13's all the time in the 320's. When I was there we could only do it in VFR conditions, but I think they are now authorized to do the approach in IMC. Makes that approach very easy.

Bash us for doing things to try to make money? Typical reporter! Third, I'd rather have Richard be compensated in stock so that he has a vested interest in the company succeeding. If he screws up, the stock tanks and he loses a buttload of money. That being said... there are plenty of greedy executives out there, but I wouldn't put our CEO in the top 10.
Agreed. Some folks will find fault in practically anything or anyone. I am very thankful, as so many former north guys are, that we have the CEO that we do. We are finally rid of the guy that we used to have (Steenland), and now have an extremely competent Chief Exe Officer. Very thankful. Matter of fact, I wouldn't trade him for any airline CEO, past or present, that I can think of. Be careful for what you wish for--you may be picking your own poison.

How much do you think I'll make as the new head coach of LSU football?

.....Oh, wait. How much do you think it will cost to buy Ts a heart surgeon?

....Oh, wait. Wow.

I don't want to be a head coach. I'll stick to being a pilot. Geeze. What a game.

Isn't there already a thread for this?

I actually like RA. I am only pointing out that his compensation level is not low. The real problem will be his successor. The person being groomed for the job lays awake at night worrying that he is paying pilots to much post chapter 11. He also compared pilot value to that of the janitor at Delta. Hopefully those court transcripts will come back to haunt him and someone else will get the job. I don't think we want Ed Bastion in the top position. Had to love Judge Prudence comeback to Bastion's janitor comment before Delta got her removed. Mr Bastion, Your janitors can't fly can they?
If I have one problem with RA its under his watch there has been almost total neglect of the customer. In most of the important customer service areas we are doing very poorly. That may come back to haunt us in a few years. Contrary to opinion people are not being born faster then we can p___ them off!
