I've gotten lost with the changes in the JPWA in regard to BP5. Is that when Delta north starts using the south side's staffing formulas? Is the forecast still for those a/c do be short-staffed?

Yep, digging for something that might help us all stay on property.

Well probly.... untill the 757s go to the desert and get replaced with 88/90s and the (70-76 seat) RJ's replace the 88/90s.

Get in touch with your REPs. We've got to work on getting this flying back to mainline. Everybody has to get involved. This needs to start now, not in 2012. The company gets compliant on the RJ issue with the new jets coming to mainline. The problem is when the 75's and 88's go to the desert, the RJ's stay and our pilot staff decreases. GET INVOLVED. Write your REPs.

Hey. I'm too lazy to look for the memo the company sent out with the pictures of the uniforms. But I was looking at my uniform jacket and notice there are no holes. You guys....oops! We don't wear wings in the jacket, only the shirt? Is that right? Or, do I have to get out my drill.....

Wings go just above the pocket, name plate goes on the pocket....

Ditto with the uniform shirts. Remember, you're a delta pilot and you're two times the pilot, therefore you wear 2 sets of wings!

So, why no holes in the jacket? Is that a mistake? Becuase I really don't want to have to drill thru it. There seems to be some nice material behind there. (Abbotts)

And I must say, it does seem to be a good, quality uniform.

No holes in the jacket - most use the pin wings on the jacket, post names. and post wings and name on the shirt. Remember, winter uniform is only wings/name on the jacket. Summer uniform is wings/name on shirt. Summer Uniform start 1MAR through 31OCT

Are the wings for the shirt a different size than the jacket? ie, the USAF with big coat wings & little shirt wings? (always get a kick outta movies/tv that screw that up, Stargate SG1 comes to mind)

I'll miss the jacket holes, made setting up the jacket a piece of cake, no measurements or eyeballing the center of the pocket.

I did spring for an Abbot too, nice uniform........it only has to last 10 years.

Not any more - same size...unless the new red ones are different.

Ahhhhhhhhh now I get it, why we don't wear them on the shirt while wearing the jacket?
