Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
The flying public is getting smarter about SWA. I hear more and more comments about how expensive they are now. It's very common to find lower fares elsewhere and people are slowly figuring that out.

ATL, what an operation! Reminded me of the old terminal in DTW, only on steriods
Flew my first domestic trip out of LAX this week. In our brief, I told my Capt that "the bad news is, I haven't been to ATL in over a decade." So, as we were flying in, his classic comment was, "the controllers will want to fly your airplane, let them as there is nothing you can do about it"

I knew I wasn't flying airlift to Hong Kong any more. Never seen so much happening so quickly. Got it down now, thankfully, but it took me awhile.
BTW, welcome to LAX Ferd! Looking forward to swapping some lies with you in the lounge (that is if you can actually call it a "lounge").
Buzz, so true. The days of one runway, a parallel taxiway and a follow me truck were LONG gone.
I was amazed by the lounge in ATL, I'm not sure I've ever seen so many pilots in one place at one time.

Thanks, I'm on vacation for a few weeks. The Asia trip at the end of the month DHs into MSP, so I'll just go up there to start it. I'll drop ya a PM when I know whad up for Nov.
