I agree that it is still relevant...didn't mean to imply otherwise. I'd love to see more of them, of course.

My guess is it depends on the actions of other corporations, DOT, DOJ et al.

They do have access to markets. Code shares may suffice, but it truly depends.

The good: We have more than a few commuters from PHNL that would love to get back to the islands. (FNWA pilot base)

Don't know, anyone know how many MD-90s have actually rolled onto the property AND then rolled onto the line? Man I wish widgethead.net was still around.

No word on JAL's fleets new homes yet either. At least not in public locations.

Yeah, it was frikkin early AND dark. Its one thing to get up at 2:00 AM and fly an airplane, its another to get up at 2:00 AM and have to act like your intelligent. My brain CBs were popping left and right.

Does anyone know what is up with the MSP 88 B staffing? The latest 22.D.3 calls for 156 captains and 180 FOs. Why the big split - are we adding relief pilots to MSP 88 trips?! Looks like the percentage cut off for reserves will continue to be rather high in that category. Probably something to keep in mind for people looking to bid into MSP 88B - if you want a line, 80% probably won't cut it for a while (even 70% may not be safe).

Dash,
Probably less flying that they initially planned on. IE not enough jets.
