Btw, can I post an article from aviation week, which lately resembles a remote control enthusiast magazine, on the latest with our slot swap?

---------------
I could conceivably get on board with Mem9guy's methodology. There is afterall no FAE race anymore. That said though, the 747-400 should be in a league of its own (or should it?). 777, 330, 764, in one lump. Pay rates should be much much higher than FTB's table. And NewK definitely needs a raise.
I am sick of chasing the coin - I get that. Schools suck. I was super happy on the -er, but there is too big of a pay gap between it and the 777 to stay put. Now I'm super happy on the 777 and would happily save the company training costs if it made money and lifestyle sense to not bid off. Do not read this as the 777 needs a paycut.
Any scope concession (short of stapling little jets to the seniority list) is a NO vote for me too...Anyone who bids yes for a scope concession won't get the money either, ask Midwest.

Glad to hear you're clamping down on scope.

I certainly think MEM9Guy's idea could save the company some $$$$, which they can put directly in our pockets.

I agree that the 747 "should" pay more than the 777, but we already gave that up on our current PWA. Rather than spend negotiating capital on separating them back out, I felt that the 747 as the benchmark for all widebody rates helps to bring all of the others in its category up.

Judging by the level and nature of complaining about this, it looks like they must have run out of short sleeve shirts at the pilot shop.

Is single engine taxi really that important to you? I never suggest it. I just do what the captain tells me to. These posts *****ing about the 320 not single engine taxiing are really starting to bother me. SINGLE ENGINE TAXI IS NEVER REQUIRED!!!! It these captains do not want to single engine taxi, that is their right. Most 320 captains never come on this board. *****ing about it on here will not change anything anyway. I'm not going to tell my captain we should single engine taxi because some anonymous poster on a message board told me we should. I know we're not all anonymous as I know a bunch of you, but there are a bunch of you that I still can't put names or faces to.

I'd hardly call it complaining. Frustrated seeing people **** gas away and run engines that don't need to be turning, yes.
Why so defensive of waste?
