Be sure you are using iCrew not eCrew like in the lounge. This function is only available on iCrew.

Just to provide some historical perspective from my 20+ years, we've had at least 3 different methodologies with respect to this. When I was hired it was a 5:00 hr average, then it went to a per day minimum, but that could vary from 4 to 6, but the trip still had to average a minimum of 5, now its at 5:15 average. So, this is the best (as far as I recall) that its ever been.

Of course, 5:15/day is better; then again so is $300/hr for every airplane. It's just money, and each of these cost money. We simply have to decide where and how to allocate it.

FDX has a DPM of 6:00........

Let's hope the debt payoff strategy works and there is a bigger pie to take a slice of in 2012-13......

Thanks guys. I knew I was reading something wrong.

Thanks, but I am using icrew from my home (actually hotel)...... For some reason there seems to be a glitch for MAC users.

Ok I vote for 5:15 minimum day and $300/hr

I'm on a Mac and just changed it, works fine. You may have to call IT folks, good luck.

Well - just to point it out, but it's not 5:15 a day, it's 5:15 a duty period. So if you only layover on a day, that day doesn't pay 5:15. Doesn't count if you are only deadheading either.

Also for reserves, the Duty Period Average doesn't work the same way. You only get the 5:15 per duty period if you have 14 or more duty periods in a month.
