No. I'm on day 1 of a 5 day. I did a 15 hour duty day today. I didn't work the first 5 days of the month. I've worked every reserve day since to a credit of just over 69 hours. Go figure. No big check for me next month.

They are cancelling interviews for people that were already scheduled. Calls went out this afternoon.

They were told that they will be "at the top of the list when hiring resumes next year."

My guess is the pilots coming back from recall + the Compass pilots flowing up + the Mesaba pilots flowing up + the new hires from the street = about 305 pilots. I thought there would be more new hires from the street in that equation. That's a little disappointing. Oh well. 3 of the 4 groups are pilots junior to me.

I think you hit the nail on the head. Lots of flows or something else.

I can't believe they'd cut it on, and then cut it off like that. Very un-Delta like. Normally, they're way out in front of the curve and don't crank it up unless they're committed for awhile. Of course, who knows, but I can't imagine DAL kick starting the hiring for a month and then closing it down. Doesn't sound like us at all.
