Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
Get this, flying to DFW. A-line gets the DFW turn tacked on to the end of her trip, she was ironically a DFW commuter and already had js reserved on the flight she now had to work. No problemo, jetway trade. Except scheduling wouldn't (or someone wasn't letting the schedulers) let any of the fa's in dfw pick it up and it was denied. Ended up bringing the A-line back to ATL and leaving a several FAs in DFW including ones who would now not be able to make their A days tommorow.

What's going on? We've lost our way. I've been getting called to fly trips originating out of other bases on reserve. The other day, I was DH'ed to DTW to fly an ATL rotation back to LAX. The ATL CA couldn't explain it. Pos space, a hotel, etc, just to fly one leg back to my base and then they called another guy up to fly back to ATL. Very strange.
They should of just put the DTW trip to an out of base GS and been done with it.

You guys are just jealous you didn't think of it first. Instead of banging your head against the wall wondering why your woman won't listen to how to solve the problem, you just drop the occasional "That's so wrong!" or "Can I get you anything?" when she's bemoaning about her latest issue. Believe me, it works better than trying to convince her you have the solution all the time, or that her plan is just stupid and she should instead do X. More often than not, the laundry takes care of itself as a result.

Yep. In MSP, our M90 category is still at its infancy. Most of us are on reserve, albeit commuters, but everyday, short-call is being used to DH to ATL, and fly 1 leg back. I can't wait until ATL guys are M88/90 trained.
Last night I got my hopes up with someone getting a second green slip when I hadn't got my first. Someone fat fingered it in the computer and coded it wrong... was a white slip. Talk about a downer.
Got a really weird reroute last week, too
They're scrambling rvr. I also think that the Flight Ops guys are trying to switch the normal fNWA and fDAL routes with different aircraft to "immerse" us into each of the other's systems. I haven't flown a traditional 73 route outta LAX in over 6 months. Now, all I see is MSP, MEM and DTW. Just saying. I actually think its a wise move to get us flying into the other guys' bases. Not sure if its by design but it feels like it...and I think its good, if it is.
