I have had a hot tub room a few times.........too bad I was alone

I was at the Mariott in Livonia this past Jan, and I could've used one of those. When I first turned the corner off the elevator I could see a guy hanging in the hallway with his ear creeping towards a door. Once he heard me coming he scurried to his room. As I continued towards mine I could hear why he stopped. Holy Smokes, it sounding like someone was making a movie!!

Nope. So YOU with the benefit of 20-20 hindsight don't get the privilege of revising history or sharpshooting.

You've got the PWA, the LOA's and Grievance Settlements regarding scope available to you. I'm serious. I want to hear YOUR plan. I get to "hear" enough of your criticism. The MEC doesn't meet until Tuesday. And when you're successful I promise I'll give you the credit, and nominate you for Supreme Ruler over all things affecting airline pilots. You will be way beyond NC. Save us, NuGuy, save us!

Thanks for the English lesson. Much better after a four hour nap. I knew that.

I do have a few attorneys on "speed dial"(something I learned from my father), but I also live in a family with a bunch of em as well. I also have a bunch of friends who call that their profession. Nothing wrong with knowing a few lawyers.

To be fair, I thought the same thing about the multiple lawyers comment.
Yes, I'll go with that, it's the iPhones autocorrect that makes me so Madagascar that I correct the problem.

That auto correct, is horrible, and what is worse is that I almost never catch it.

Where? I looked in the DALPA library and found nodda. Point me in the right direction to those things, please.

The summary is in the Contract Awareness Bulletins.

Not sure where you would get the actual LOA language.

Well, it's as you always say, right? The devil is in the details.....

One misplaced "hence" or "therefore" and we're all selling ice cream cones to passengers before the flights.

Well as they say, one more word in the contract and this would be a non event. The word is not there, so it is a big deal.

Ok, how about publishing the negotiator's notes, both from the fDAL side and the fNWA side?

Don't want to do that, do you? Those notes are just as important as the documents that are available. Grievances have been won and lost on the basis of those notes alone.

Ooops, turns out they are "need to know".

Besides, I don't revise history... in true Chuck Norris (or NewK!) fashion, history re-writes itself to meet MY world view.

Can't stand the critique? What's it to you, personally? I'm just "a guy" on teh intrawebz, and as far as you know, I just read too much a.net and carry as much weight as General Lee on "that other site". But assuming I AM a dues paying member, in good standing, I can give you 1.9% worth of reasons I get to complain my little head off. And, assuming again, if I were a member in good standing, I would most certainly choose to associate with an LEC, known for their activism, which just so happens to be chock full of good trade unionists.

However, I invite you to utilize the ignore user function if you feelings get hurt, and there are plenty of other websites, like www.Iluvbunniez.com that might be closer to your sensibilities.
