Alright some help? I just finished a trip and tried to find the Web Based Survey icon on the home page but it does not exist. I am using a Mac and have tried to access the page with Safari and Firefox but there is no Web Based Survey icon. I get all the other icons but not this one. I've tried to do a search and all I get regarding this is the PDF version of the letter stating we are doing a web based search. Is this only accessible through IE and are other Mac users having problems or just me? If so, is there another way to access this?

Just accessed it using the PC Version of Firefox and it shows up fine in the right hand corner - can't help with the MAC version.

I'm behind on keeping up with this thread... so my apologies if this has already been covered. But this really steams me! DALPA is finally making a genuine effort to solicit input and only 20% of our pilot group is willing to take just a few minutes to respond? (see below) Are our careers really this unimportant to us? Why wouldn't 90%+ of us respond to this? 
I did it, but personally I think it is a waste of time.

I am all for letting the MEC know our wants and desires wrt the contract. That being said, I think the poll was so generic in nature that IMO the data obtained would be pretty worthless when it comes to specifics. Who doesn't want a payraise? Who doesn't want better QOL? They don't need a poll for THAT do they??? So is this a truly useful poll or simply fodder to placate the steaming masses.
I did it, but personally I think it is a waste of time.

I'm inclined to agree with you, t.
I kept thinking the same thing the entire time I was filling the survey out.
