Yes...because the DC-9's don't have LNAV. Did you really not understand the example I gave?

We have implemented policies that ignore FMS data and manually type it in from paperwork. Like I say, it's just an example of change, but backward change.

That is correct. A 24 hour break in any 7 consecutive days.

Yes, you can be scheduled for more than 7 days of reserve on call in a row. Because you have a telephone obligation you are not off duty nor do they consider you on duty. The company must comply with the look back of 24 in 7. If you go 6 straight days (or 10) of on call reserve then the company must give you a 24 hour break before you report for a trip.
