International pay has nothing to do with reserve guarantee. You get international pay only for "actual" Block time flown international. Period.

Steve is going back to the line. And it is wonderful! Military mentality.
Get into something new, like on a tour, and try to make things better for just a few years. Then go do something else.
Makes things fresh and challenging.

Lets keep it that way.
There are too many airlines with instructors who spent last 20-25 years in the box or CP's who sold their souls to the management many, many years ago and are planning to retire from CPO.

Tasted both, love Delta.

Concur. Anyway I could give two craps about who is the LCA/CPO/Fleet manager/ Supreme Allied Commander-737 etc. I have to assume that whoever is doing the job is looking out for all the Pilots - in other words policies that affect either pilot group will affect both pilot groups equally, since there is now only 1 pilot group. Yeah, maybe the 777 and 747 are still fenced but policies being put in place now should outlast the fences.
