DAL330,
Hawaiian is a merger I urge! 767's bases, even their version of a Douglas jet is kinda neat![Smile](https://www.airlinepilotforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Thanks for the confirmation of the HND slot award.

We were probably going to see that SEA320 flying, then Alaska called and said it violated their scope

This isn't quite the DOT/DOJ/AMR/LUV/JBLU gang-rape we've been subject to lately, but this is sort of a marginal result. UAL is right out, because of ANA, but AMR already will have JFK-HND via JAL/oneworld. They'll both be able to serve the better airport, while we're relegated to secondary status. So that's one more on the chin in NYC.

Yeah... and they're a sympathetic bunch ... . Maybe it is because they haven't gotten two pay cuts in a row with 3 visits to the schoolhouse in a year.
It will come around. I'm just surprised at the net block hours constantly being pulled out of Atlanta on everything but the MD88. When you walk up E Concourse in the afternoon 2 out of 3 jets is a A330 or 747. DC8 is right, seems like they would staff that time out of ATL.

It is what it is.
It sure is nice to volley that quote back over the net.
