Nope. He was gone by then (August 2007). He shot off his mouth at the Paris Airshow, irked his boss and some BOD members while at the same time limiting Delta's negotiating leverage with Boeing. RA is the guy that likes refurbing old aircraft, and the MD-90 expansion came with him and SG.

This guy told us in indoc that they were trying to get the board to approve more 90's from the used market and if it were up to him we would buy all of them we could. Then he left a few months later. The used MD-90 thing was going on well before he left and RA came on board it just got postponed while everyone was busy with the merger.

Alright, who's on watch tomorrow in case the AE comes out? We'll need instant notification.

It'll be out about 4:59 PM Atlanta time. That way they can push the button, send out the bid, turn on the voicemail, lock the doors, and run without having to answer hundreds of calls about the bid. By Monday everyone will have answers to their question from APC and they can safely return to their cubicle and watch You Tube videos instead of answering calls.

I've heard 120 SEA ER A and 180 SEA ER B on the bid supposedly coming out tomorrow. Have not heard anything about SEA 320.

Will you ensure the Alaska codeshare gets deleted while you are at it?

If you're going to push the button, maybe you can fudge the numbers while you're up there. "Who put a DFW 7ER base in here!"

All your requests shall be granted. In the meantime there will also be as many ATL 330 slots as it takes to get me on it.

They might make me wear the cone of shame, so I'll need to bring NewK as my body guard. The beatdown that ensues when a 9 driver is upset makes puppies cry all around the world.
