OK, maybe I missed it, but I'm suprised no one has mentioned this from the C44 Hotline on 4/30:
As first mentioned in the April 2, 2010 Hotline, the MEC continues to engage the company in discussions regarding European Charter Operations. Today the MEC participated in an “informational conference call” where we were briefed on a tentative agreement reached between your Negotiating Committee and Delta management entitled “A-319 European Charter Operations, Sick and Accident Leave, and Short Call.” If the MEC elects to ratify this agreement, you will receive additional information in the form of a Negotiators’ Notepad
Just curious as to what "enhancements" to short call they were discussing.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) -- Investigators in Chattanooga say a 4-year-old boy was found roaming his neighborhood in the night, drinking beer and wearing a little girl's dress taken from under a neighbor's Christmas tree.
The child's mother, 21-year-old April Wright, told WTVC-TV that the boy "wants to go to jail because that's where his daddy is." Wright says she and the boy's father are going though a divorce.
The boy, discovered outside his house Tuesday, was taken to a hospital and treated for alcohol consumption.
Hamilton County Sheriff's Department spokeswoman Janice Atkinson said the incident is being investigated but the department declined to release the report.
The boy's mother said she met with child protective services and was told she will get to keep custody of her son.

It was discussed a few pages ago. Not sure what the improvements are. Our Vice-Chair had some good ideas though.
