Most of the stuff you need from the CPO at LGA is way over at the MAT. If you ask, they'll send it over to mainside but otherwise its a shuttle bus ride to the other side.
IF the LGA swap goes through, they'll move it all together, but like everything in NYC it takes time (read $$ in the right palms).
