As far as arbitration goes, this is not bad at all. I expected worse. No frowns, no smiles. I am REAL junior at Delta on the ER and my position changed by .001%. I think we can all live with this. Someone is gonna b*tch though. Congratz to us all and may DAL stock keep going up!!!!

This looks quite fair and well thought out overall...
Here are some quick numbers for DOH and % seniority on original list. The final list contains 12434 pilots. I used 7382 at DAL and 5172 at NWA. Relative position matches up very close:

I'm junior on the 744 so I expect to be displaced soon. When I am, it won't be to the 787 for obvious reasons. It will probably be to the A330 or the 767 which are both unfenced aircraft. Thus I will be flying with pre-merger Delta pilots. Thus my statement that I look forward to flying with my new Delta brothers. Understand now?
I will consider it a privilege to fly with my new Delta brothers, but you do know that your use of the word privilege about your own group makes you sound like an arrogant snob...don't you?
My apologies to the rest of the thread, but I thought tsquare's comments were out of line.
