Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
Put it in as a P/U and if someone puts in to pick it up, it is legal, the swap will be done as soon as they hit submit.

If there is enough reserve coverage on the days the trip operates, you can just drop it into open time and not be responsible for it.

My best friend is a radiation therapist. He makes over $200K per year and is home every night. He dropped out of college after his first year.
I think air traffic controllers make over $150K, they are home every night, and they have pensions.
We deserve $250K and if need be, passengers should be educated on why.
I think passengers know very little about what we make anyway.
Furthermore, for all of the folks here who painstakingly point out that expectaions on pay restoration and/or increases need to be :
A. Viewed in context with the current revenue environment.
B. The need for debt retirement going forward.
C. Our pay "compared to" other legacy airlines.
D. All JV's are good....don't question it.
E. And the infamous, "What are you willing to give up for that."
need to understand this.
We don't need you negotiating for us.
We need professionals. RA, JG. Both lawyers. Did not negoatiate their own contracts. Why. Because this is just business. Leave it to the professionals that have no emotional involvement.
Their expectations will not be manipulated as easily as the pilots and the union. For them it will be just business as it should be. Nothing personal. They will also understand that the starting position for any negotiation......with the backing and the resolve of the pilots only....will be what it will cost to replace the entire seniority list minus one U. S. dollar.
That is how big the "pie" is. It should not be a question of can we get restoration and we deserve $250,000 but we will get restoration and require $250,000.
Done @#$%&ing.
A good list, but one that does not come close to even pointing out what many of us are trying to get at. We are not managing expectations. We are talking about the business side of this deal. We are a for profit company, and JV's will provide cash flow for you and I to get what we want.
With over 25,500 posts on here the point has been made over and over. Thanks for joining the debate.
