This is the most basic and biggest difference with our AE and your old system. There does NOT have to be positions posted for you get an AE or a displacement. Surely everyone knows this by now

That bottom Lizard has a tatoo that says "ATL 4EVER". Notice its size, you can tell from that picture that the top one is a NY Lizard, or MSP or DTW Lizard. The LAX Lizard is getting high out back and nobody's decided what to do with him yet but he could or should be a bigger lizzard. The Ohio Lizard already got run over. The SLC Lizard would never allow themselves to be in the presence of such fornication. The MEM Lizard is a cameleon hoping nobody notices it is or is not there. There is a rumor of a polynesian lizard that the NYC lizard might be wise not to lick.
I mean honestly, don't get me wrong, MSP might be more my style of a place to live... I like the cold... NYC would be my favorite (especially after the LGA swap and JFK terminal 4) if I made 5X what you make here. But thanks to the wonderful state of Alabama and my wife's roots in Atlanta I will forever bid ATL.

I mean honestly, don't get me wrong, MSP might be more my style of a place to live... I like the cold...
