At what meeting? In the Asia Pacific Network Podcast Network said contrary to Rumors they are very happy with the performance of the A350. This Podcast is on DeltaNet and available to all pilots to listen to.

I haven’t been here that long but I’ve definitely begun to look at any communication from the company or the union as propaganda first then sifting for facts. Seems to work.

Don’t kid yourself, every ounce of information released by the company is 100 percent accurate and absolutely unbiased. There is no reason they would apply spin to their communications.

Questioning the presentation of their information is not loyal to the Mecca. Your basically a traitor

Obviously what is discussed is two fold..outwardly Delta praises the 350, but internally it isn’t hacking the job we wanted it to do.

I wouldn’t be surprised to hear another WB fleet enter Delta at some point in the coming years.

When it comes to instructor rumors, I usually don’t listen to them. It’s nothing against them, they are great it’s just that delta is never going to tell any front line employee it’s true plans. If they did we would have a pile of used 777s right now that we bought for 10 million each

I wouldn't either. The network guy said they'd love to have something else, but ultimately they aren't the decision makers when it comes to that.

when it's instructors that are creating the rumors i absolutely agree, when it's network or fleet people providing the info it's at least the current flavor (which very well could have changed by the time they left their office and went to lunch).

That's the truth. The tell us what they want the public to hear. Then behind closed doors the real plans are discussed. First thing I do when Flight Ops mgmt comes to speak in the pilot lounge is leave.
