Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this year they said they would NOT be stopped like years past.

Here's what R&I Report 17-01 from ALPA says:

"Lastly, if you have elected to fund your HSA through payroll deductions remember to account for the four paychecks received by the date the profit sharing check is credited (the 2/15/17 paycheck will post on the same day as profit sharing). Once your HSA account is full you will have to stop your payroll deduction to avoid overfunding your account. Any overfunding will be returned to you from Optum bank with the applicable tax forms."

That lends some credibility to the need for you to stop the contributions yourself.

Yes you are correct. I eventually got someone that helped in HR and they confirmed this.

All A's are posted Deltanet. I USED to be able to get the B's once the A's were posted, but my keyboard mojo is failing me now. Anyone figure out a 'new method' since we switched Deltanets? I admit, my mojo is weak.

This is a copy from one of the HSA information sheets we got during open enrollment this year. This change can be done as many times as you wish, however the disclaimer is that "it may take several pay cycles to reflect your change".

"Remember that you can start, stop or change your HSA contribution amount at any time during the year by visiting Benefits Direct on Self-Service, selecting Change My Coverage, then selecting HSA Contribution Change."

Looking at the Wide Report for NYC 320A...2 LCA have the whole month blocked out as "PSTD". Any idea what that is? If I put my tin foil hat on, it's way to limit the number of trips FO's can bid and get bought off of.

"PSTD":
Prevent Superfluous Trip Drops?
Programmed Stoppage of Trip Drops?

Too much tinfoil?
