It should be there. I would call. If they put it on your time card, make sure it stays there after the month ends. And until you see it in your paycheck, you have to check it here and there. If they don't give it to you, email the info to Dalpa skeds, and they will look into it for you.

Good luck!

Hello All,

I have a week of vacation in January that I'd like to move to March. Am I able to do that at this point, and if so, how do I go about doing it? Email Crew Resources?

Thx.

If you look at your monthly skd and you see RR by the rotation then you should look at time card for the RR pay. If you don't see RR you will need to send info to dalpa for them to submit to skd. If will then take 90-120 days to process (unsat). One person reviews each RR individually. I'm still waiting to hear back from a Rotation on May 23rd. Oh by the way....the RR pay on timecard is NOT under 'Reroute PAY' it is listed where the monthly rotations are listed under a weird code like 1FR. The whole process is placed upon you to follow up. The company is dragging their feet hoping you forget. The process is flawed.

Deny deny deny. Just like a shady insurance company. I bet they save millions doing this. Worst case, they eventually have to pay what they were required to pay, and sometimes they get it for free.

No, you do it in iCrew. Bids/Vacation/Move Up Vacation Bids

It runs at the end of every month, I forget the exact time table (it's in the bid package) but is published by the 4th of the months. Essentially you are rebidding the vacation, so it depends on open weeks. March isn't especially popular, so you might have a chance.
