There is only ONE contractual remedy if one is warranted, and that is to submit a PBS Bid Inquiry. If nothing else, even if the system worked perfectly (which it does about 98% of the time) the guy in question will get a detailed answer from the PBS Committee.

If the system screwed up (which is rare, but does happen) the PBS Bid Inquiry is the only thing that triggers a contractual remedy.

"A call to ALPA Scheduling" isn't the process provided to us--a PBS Bid Inquiry is.

Good info. Is that done via icrew or from the PBS application itself?

DeltaNet. Go to the Crew Resources and Crew Scheduling page, then on the right, "Forms and Inquires" then PBS Bid Inquiry Form.

Ty. I don't need it but it might be helpful in the future. I just spent about 20 minutes in icrew before I was able to figure out how to log my autoland. I don't understand why they can't just add an extra sentence to the annoying login pop-up that says "go to personnel->recency data->etc etc..."

I just do it from "My Schedule" then click "OK" and it is an icon on the bottom left below your rotations. Of.course, I wouldn't expect a fighter guy to have an incredible grasp of the obvious. 😆

That's obvious? Maybe "Delta IT" obvious, but not for normal humans. Should be done via ACARS.
