8:18 am eastern, and my PCS requests are still sitting there untouched.
The times listed in the PWA (0700, 1200 ...) are deadlines for submission. They can, and often do, start the run a bit later.

I know March is a heavy month on the 88 but the ALV's all winter have been absurd. It seems we negotiated the TLV to near insignificance in the last contract and were even going to give them a little more in the last TA. Work rules matter.

Which pump are you using? We have the animus one touch ping with meter/remote. No problem with strips, They did make us switch from novalog to humalog however.

Couldn't read the entire thing without becoming a subscriber. Interesting up to the break point.

That said, words are just words. Until they start slashing fares in common destinations, it's just talk not war.

We use the Omnipod with humalog. Fought with OptumRX for four days. Less than two hours after sending email to Karen, "Oh, we're sorry. Everything is covered." Bunch of toolbars these insurance types are.

Default 30 in 7?

For march I was awarded a 4 day trip backed up to a 3 day trip. There is no 30 hr break anywhere in there. Is that legal?

There is no 30 in 7, its 30 in 168 hours. Which actually is an important distinction. What is your report time on day 7? What is report time on day 1? That is what dictates if you need a 30 hour break.

It's actually 30 in the preceding 168 hours. so you can look back on the hrs, and you are legal for the day. Almost makes it the equivalent to 30 in 8 days (instead of seven)
