FA's will find you something and what is a Delta One meal. FYI I just did a 10 day trip and didn't have one meal worth eating.

I was thinking the same thing. Does AA/UAL/SWA/Cargo/etc all make their pilots wait until the 15th of each month until they find out the following month's schedule? Or is this just how we do it at DAL?

JB captains find out around the 7th. FOs find out on the 10th.

Cathay Pacific Pilots are given their scheds on the 15th. And I say "given" b/c CX pilots can't and don't bid. You get what you get, and you don't get upset(or, actually you get very upset).

Well if bidding doesn't even close till the 11th at delta then this timeline seems hard to replicate.

Alaska used to have to wait until around the 23rd of the month...now they get them around the 10th I believe - but they are still line bidding.
