Were you a line holder or reserve? If you were a reserve then it should be 5:15 plus a PB day.

It should show 5:15 GS pay which will be 10:30 in the paycheck. The GS pay shows on page two of the time card. Either the pay is incorrect or you did not meet the GS trigger. (75 hours or ALV whichever is lower)

I moved and changed my address with the FAA. Am I also required to get a new certificate? I personally don't mind having the old address on my ticket, was updating my address online sufficient or am I required to apply for a new certificate as well?

You do not need to get a new certificate as long ass the FAA has your correct address. As long as they can contact you, good or bad, what's on your certificate doesn't matter.
