Thanks. I'll check with the ALPA guys. It's not included under credit but shows 3:22 in GS pay.

Were you a line holder or reserve? If you were a reserve then it should be 5:15 plus a PB day.

I moved and changed my address with the FAA. Am I also required to get a new certificate? I personally don't mind having the old address on my ticket, was updating my address online sufficient or am I required to apply for a new certificate as well?

You do not need to get a new certificate as long ass the FAA has your correct address. As long as they can contact you, good or bad, what's on your certificate doesn't matter.
