I'm going to go all posiposter here.
No changes to RJ scope.
Wins on WB scope and more jobs.
Fair. I think. No? Best part is, all the improved WB scope will mean movement up for everyone. So just jump up to that next category.
I don't think the MEC would pass anything less than that.

At that time the very large hourly increases far beyond ours at American were not in place.
The Q1 American earnings of $1.4 billion had not been announced.
Q1 is the weakest for the air lines.
American will earn $3.1 billion in Q2 and over $10 billion for 2015.
Had Delta not missed the hedge, we would also earn $10 billion this year. No hedges in 2016 mean we will earn $10 billion.
Certainly the Delta pilots desires would be MUCH higher now.
IMO the dark side will use the dated survey against us on hourly rates and ignore our ask for quality of life.
For instance, no additional time with our families.
Take the rumor of 5 hours per vacation time pay, no credit. This will certainly add pay, but not time with our families.
Straight QOL, homie

You clearly are missing something. We all are. It's called "survey results," and it's the only way we can measure the performance of the NC and MEC as it relates to our contract specifically, and how well they represent us in general.

I can't answer questions involving non existent black helicopters, time travel and the idea that the NC is so stupid they can't look at an airline's updated paytable

I bet over 50% of our pilots are unaware of the new American pilot pay rates.
Why didn't our leadership email a table with the new rates to our pilots?
Are the new American hourly pay rates on the Delta ALPA website?

DUDE. dude dude dude.
I would like you and gzsg to pick up the phone. Dial the number of your very own personal LEC reps and say the following:
"Good evening, thank you for your service on my behalf. If you have time I would like to ask you two questions. First, has the MEC given the negotiating committee new direction in light of the American contract and other market changes? Second, if I may, why aren't the contract survey results being released by the MEC?"
Do this. Then please report back to the class what you have been told. P-R-E-C-I-S-E-L-Y.
Then, we can rejoin this discussion after my burrito.
Namaste.
