Nice to hear more & more of this. Perhaps SOC announced by early to mid December & hiring announced just after New Years. Keeping fingers crossed!

Seriously..this back and forth bickering is boring!!! Why dont you exchange phone numbers. I want some more, hiring, cheerleader, rumor, cheerleader, animal humping posts. This board is for entertainment purposes.

Nobody knows 100% what they are talking about since none of us sit at the big table. ACL has an incredible track record here so keep it coming bud!!

I sure can't argue with that logic, beer! Thanks for re-caging our gyro's.

What we somehow got on today was the JAL JV. I was asked for a plan. In very general layman's terms I gave that, with suggestions for some quid pro quo.

Debate is good. Slow wanted direct input. I gave it. Too bad he is not a rep., but then again the reps know what I think.

I will also add again that I think that a JAL JV TA should be voted on by the group! (The pilot group that is)

acl, you're a pretty smart guy; naive, imo, but your heart is in the right place -- but you're WAY out of your league when you start talking about the DB. Let it go, it destroys your credibility in other areas.

PG
You can see me as naive. I am totally fine with that. I will disagree, as will many people. I know my shortcoming trust me.

To quote someone, " I have the right to complain, because I was willing to step up." I took that to heart. I have also told our new reps that I will serve wherever they want me. CA, SPC, Codes Share, or Membership. I know where I would prefer to be, but I will let them make the call, to a point. I also am pushing to get many more involved in the union as it is our future.

Simple fact is that we need people on both sides of every issue to pick them apart and find the best course for this group. I know that happens at the LEC and MEC level, it is just the desire of this administration not to do it publicly. I agree to a point. A wall of support is good on some things, but on a great many it destroys the MEC's credibility. That is where the issue lies.

See I can be reasonable. Most seem to perceive what I beleive. I am far from a single issue guy!

I don't know about that.

Try walking across the carpet with socks on in the winter.

I get static from the wife all the time.

My car radio specializes in static.

My VOL 1 mentions "static thrust" numerous times.

I think the jury is still out on this one.

Best post of the thread! Thanks for that. I admit my error!
