Also, negotiation is about give and take. No Union Negotiator will get to a table bang their fist on the table and get everything they ask for and give nothing in return.

There will be concessions on C2015. Obviously there will likely be more gains then concessions.
Trip,
I get it, Delta is better than your regional. I'm guessing you were a union guy at your regional. That's great. Delta's a great company. I like my job, I like my coworkers, but the koolaid sucks.

That is highly unlikely. WN basically handed us those planes- absolutely no way mgmt would not have taken them.

Can anyone here confirm that alfaromeo was collecting FPL while trying to hose another ALPA pilot group, and is now the subject of legal action?

Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

Say, doesn't he also hold a pretty cushy gig at dalpa right now?

Send me your info and I will sign you up for a "cushy" ALPA job tomorrow. It might not be as glamorous as you think. AR may be polarizing, but even as a North guy, I can admit that his spreadsheets are solid.

Man up PD or cower back to anonymity.

So I can violate ALPA policy and collect full Union flight pay loss while also being paid as a consultant to the United pilot's merger committee...and it should be ignored if I create solid spreadsheets?

PD asked a question. I'd like to know the answer myself. Why would you mention "manning up" in this context. Deflection anyone?

Define cushy for me Karl. You and PD like to infer that you do a lot for our pilot group. Please enlighten me how you're advancing our careers...be specific.

To elaborate I will send anyone my name/emp # if they ask via PM.

Karl, I already know who you are, and I respect that you will back your position up with your real name (despite the fact that we frequently disagree). PD is too chick **** to share his ID for some reason. He claims he is fighting the good fight, or some BS like that. What would you think if a guy just stirred the pot with your career but was too big of a wus to back it up

Yes. Man up PD. It's easy to be a contrarian under a pen name. I call BS unless you're willing to put up.
