DAL does not have a Turbine PIC or 121 requirement so that they can take the most qualified applicant. Time is not the only determining qualifier to be considered "qualified" by Delta.

I use the BrokerageLink to the maximum extent possible to manage my 401k and DC Plan, and I am extremely happy we have this capability (which is very rare to have with 401k's/defined contribution plans). Just be sure you have a good, well-thought-out strategy that effectively manages risk... because, with the greater opportunity provided by the BrokerageLink, comes the potential for greater risk as well. Just my "2 cents".
A great option, but as you state one that needs to be managed. I take as much of my money and move it over as well. I also have floors installed on all investments so that if the world melts down while I am in the air, I would be relatively protected.

Delta does not have a high time requirement so it can hire its buddies. Delta is a good old boys airline. Do not bother applying without internal recommendations. It will not do you any good.
