The off site parking lots give us discounts. There is at least one that gives us 35 percent off. Go to the delta perks site for details.

Non-rev question?
Do ASA, ExpressJet and SkyWest all have the same pass privileges as active duty Delta mainline employees on mainline flights? Just wondering. It came up on a recent trip, and I think they get S-2's and go by straight date of hire with us on our flights, but I'm not sure. It seems kind of BS as a 17 yr Delta employee to get bumped back by a EV with a better date of hire. Anyone know the rule? Thanks!

At Alaska they used the rubber band method for a few years. Mngt then changed the audio panels to one that had a locking 'mic' switch. I don't know why we can't get our new jets to have the locking mic switch. Run that up the Chain of Command and see what they say.

Baja.

One of the sims in ATL has this com box installed. I saw it in January. I pointed out that there was a reason that the 737 pilots came up with a home made "hot mike" solution. The plane is noisy. The same reason other airlines that fly the 737 have also. If we don't say anything nothing will get done.

How does sick pay out in reference to a trip...20 hour trip = 20 hours of sick pay at normal pay rate...?

Yes, Unless you've already used 100 Hours? Then it pays at 75%.

I'm not sure about the cutoff from 100% t0 75%......

There is no cutoff. All sick leave is paid at 100% of the hourly rate.

There is no cutoff. All sick pay is 100 percent. Just read we received a 0.55 percent raise today. Getting back to C2k rates a half percent at a time.
