We're still paying part of his salary Timbo. He's still on our list drawing ALPA flight pay loss.

Oh Wait! He IS a Delta Pilot!

Or... was.

I doubt we'll ever see him fly a Delta jet again.
I doubt we'll see him flying a Delta jet either. My question is when he'll stop getting flight pay loss.

My understanding is that he is on flight pay loss at the moment representing the ATA with congress concerning the Middle East airline issue and the attempt to remove them from open skies. The company is covering the flight pay for him. This is a huge issue and he is the right person to be fronting it in DC.

was it a Douglas design? Given the wingspan, it looks like a Douglas. I think I even see control tabs.

If Delta had acquired the Pan Am shuttle and if the limitations section looked anything like the real shuttle's limitation section where the max speed was a freaking square root v - bar equation x 17.18...

...it'd be safe to assume ground school would have gone rather quick for me. It'd looked a lot like this:

One could at least hope that's true.
From SD at the roadshow the 757 fleet will go to 90 a/c plus 14 more that will be used exclusively for charters.

The Moak Group is expert at crafting messaging to educate, engage, and influence audiences. We are innovative problem solvers who create and seize opportunities to forward our client’s agendas and protect our client’s reputations. Our belief is that forging strong relationships, relying on data-driven metrics, and establishing and executing targeted communications are proven ways to influence public opinion.

THIS is the MOAK group's "byline" explaining what Moak is "expert in" and selling!

OMFG, this is EXACTLY what we see going on here all the time! Whenever a topic comes up where pilot public opinion needs to be shaped, suddenly there are a slew of posters show up here spouting a party line with "targeted communitcations" to influence our public opinions, which forwards their client's agendas (Delta) and reputation.

Basically he is selling what he has perfected here and we see on this forum every week: manipulating a constituency via crafted messages.

Now, how can anyone argue that this isn't what we've been seeing all this time, when his "post Delta/ALPA pilots" consulting description is this?
Disgusting.

That's pretty much always been the plan. 70 to 75 aircraft in the domestic fleet with 199 seats plus the international airframes which I think is about 17. If the charter deal is inked at 14 that's great news. It's been talked about for a long time. What did he say about the 757-300"s? I understood we were keeping all those and going to 234 seats. If they are included in the 90 number it's a reduction from last years plan.

Was Bucking Bar banned or something? All this flame bait on Douglas jets and nothing from him. Was it the Moak Group? Did they kill him? Do they even kill people? What's the point of spaceships if you're not using them for attacking stuff?
