Does someone know how much a day of vacation is worth and how much 4 PB days dropped on a 4 day trip is worth? Is a PB day worth a set value, or worth whatever you drop it on? (I'm just too lazy to look it up right now)
Gracias. I don't know the answer to your question unfortunately. It would be great if you could drop a 4 day trip worth 24 hours with PBs on it.

As a reserve it is worth your prorated rate. It is something like 3.52 hrs.

Now DAL, that is quite early for you. I thought that you were a night owl.

Bucking Bar,

A payback day can have different values depending on how you use it. If you use it to take another day off on a reserve line, it's worth 3:52 (with in a minute or two), if you can drop a trip with them (enough payback days to cover the entire trip), you get paid the trip, and if they are added as supplemental days to your vacation (either current or next year), they are worth 3 hrs, just like a vacation day.

I wish there was a way, on short call, to give your preferences AM vs PM without having to be first in line for short call. In other words, I don't want short call, but if I had to have it, give me the PM stuff.

I wish they would have improved the reserve system a little more with this joint contract. All we got was 8 short calls down to 6. We need a system that takes seniority in to account. I know they had it before.

I know and 80 of them are 7ERB ATL.
Pair down for a few things, but from what I have been told it is temporary.
