I'm probably wrong, but in our config I think it's 283.

Although Emirates did downgrade from a A380 to a B777 recently, but that's no surprise with the economy.

FWIW a first class seat on Emirates is 16668.10 USD and it is on a 7777-300ER. They moved the 380 to CYYZ. I have seen it there in NYC as an upgrade recently FWIW.

Heyas,

Is anyone able to log into the ALPA site? Since they made the switch to a new webserver, it's been buggier than a bait store.

So is there any long term interest in the 77W or the 748 as a 744 replacemet?

I guess I'm just wondering how the worlds first global airline can't find a use for a 747-400 and why they are looking to replace it with a 300 seater? Are there other 777 models that hold more than the 290's?
