All this MOAB talk and I have been told by 2 different LCP's that the 1st joint bid will be small. This is info they rcvd from their last LCP meeting several weeks ago.
Have things changed so that we will have a MOAB's?

Well lets put it this way, LCA's that were at that meeting have been told differently since that last LCA Meeting. Actually, a lot has changed since that meeting.

To put it in perspective, I have been told that most seats in most bases would be covered on the AE. Now that does not mean a system wide rebid, that every seat is open, or any other interpretation that you can think of. It means that most seats will be open and most bases will be covered. Not all of each in each base, but most of the seats will be covered in one of our bases. Clear?

Look at what the VP of Flt Ops stated last week, that was not in the LCA meeting either. Yes, a lot has changed in a month.

Simply, just have a AE in to where you want to be a VD in on where you want to be and a MD in if you might get displaced. Personally my MD preferences are at 95 seats based on percentages currently. (Yes, it is overkill)

So, is the board really voting on 744s being possibly being refurbished with lie-flats and tvs in the seats? Hope so.

And the 1330 SC has disappeared on the 88 B side, I miss the lazy 1330 SC.

No it did not. It has appeared that the amount and time of SC depends on the type of WS that are submitted.

Just an observation

To bid for an AE or VD where do they cutoff for training freezes?

For example, my freeze expires June 1, 2010. Am I frozen for an AE that comes out this December? What if they use their 1 year conversion? I might not actually go to training until next Nov? How do they apply freezes to the AE process?
