Does your "dot connecting" (better known as a "crystal ball" to my generation) see actual new hires coming next year? Color my glass half empty with this one, I just find it hard to think there will be.

That can't work we are far too cheap for that. More like home made torches from old uniforms and sticks and a pitchforks made from free hotel pens.
