About half way down. I was surprised.
We took 757's? Might those be 739's?

Plan on somebody being home for delivery. They require a signature.

You can give them the signature electronically prior to delivery.

I got my notice that mine shipped about 12 hours after UPS delivered it to my house yesterday.

Same here, My shipping notice came last night about the same time my wife noticed the missed delivery slip on the door.

I tried that (even have UPS Select…almost worthless BTW) and the driver was still filling out the no show slip when I answered the door. He was going to keep it with him. YMMV but I'd try to make sure someone is home if possible as I hate having to drive somewhere to pick up what was supposed to be a home delivery.

A work around for having the same document open on two differnt pages in two different windows would be this: save doccument twice with two different names. I.e scheduling calls 1 and 2. Then you can open 1 on one page and 2 on another. Bad workaround I know, but should work.
I don't have mine yet so this is speculation.
Also when surface first came out there was a lot of complaint that RT took up the lions share of the 16gb. Anyone know how much free space is available for use? And also if you need more room.
