I couldn't believe how blue that grid was. Almost every day, every weekend too. That is extremely temporary. Enjoy the flexibility while you can, as that is clearly destined to be a chronicaly short category in the long run.

Fall shoulder months usually have fat coverage... Been that way for decades

Turkey day and on (when the little white flakes start falling) and when the block hours rise again, that's when we will see the green flow again.

I guess, but the same could be said about regular guys/gals too. Worst case you get someone who can't shut off OE mode and you have to use their 3 favorite letters all trip.

I wonder how many people have called Delta up and want to buy a "Bear Bag"?

Sounds like someone has been listening to too much Rush Limbaugh.

Nah, he'll give us a choice: Ebola or ISIS.

You obviously have not been following MD88 fleet manning this fall.

You don't need their employee numbers. You can just bid for AWARD FLYING WITH LCA in PBS. Problem is if you get trips with LCA they can swap them or they might not get scheduled to do OE then you are stuck with a trip you may not want.

Not true. I commute coast to coast and have over a dozen gs's this year. Generally, you do have to be in a large category... A category like the 777 that has only 18 airplanes is not going to have nearly the opportunities like the 7ER, MD88, 73N.
