Here's what I've heard. The Delta MEC organizes a charitable golf tournament for the Delta Pilot Charitable Fund, as well as raffles throughout the BOD. It's a major source of donations for this charity. Pilots attending the BOD pay a sizable green fee, with proceeds going to the DPCF. Perhaps one of this pilots duties is to organize this effort.
Still waiting on that PM exposing the scandal.
