If you were correct here Alfa, DALPA wouldn't be as involved as they are right now. DALPA would simply turn over the evidence showing the DPA incompetence as you allege and there would be a lot of red faces. But that didn't happen. Instead, a judge ordered DALPA to turn over the name of the letter writer which (prior to the Judge's ruling) DALPA had refused to release. Your claims don't even come close to passing the smell test.

Not at all. The only thing DPA has ever demanded is that the person(s) name themselves and apologize for the hacking. The people and DALPA have thus far steadfastly refused to do either. It's important since you and other DALPA insiders have consistently stated DPA is lying and made the whole thing up.

Get those involved to apologize. Nothing more.

This is simply disgusting behavior.
Straw man argument with hypotheticals that only you are alleging.

If they had ALPA's dues money, they wouldn't need to ask for funds.

Let's do it!

Another straw man hypothetical that only you are alleging.

To me, and most others, mature means; done, finished, not going to grow much from there.

We are still making less than 2004 pay rates, 10 years later!!

The companies are brining in billions, per quarter!!

Management's stock options are worth millions, per person!

We still have no retirment plan (if you are in your 50's today and lost over $1 million in db money in 2004).

Where is dalpa talking about restoration? Where is lee talking about restoration?

Is he at ed's birthday party...again??

He tells this reporter:

"the airlines are making money, the contacts are mature, i love it!" ??

Really?

Note to lee:

Pull your head out of richard's ass and start to restore our pay and benefits!!

Ask the "Special Committee" for the money. They're funded very well.

Lee was hired by UsAirways pilots for one thing...to decertify ALPA. Lee did that by defeating ALPA, again. Don't recall seeing anywhere that Lee promised the USAIR pilots an industry leading contract. If I missed where he said that, please post the evidence.

The US Airways pilots voted to de-certify ALPA. They had a lot more discontent towards ALPA than the Delta pilots. The DPA made a nice run at the beginning. DPA failed to get enough votes to even get a vote. Instead of walking away with dignity, the DPA started to get desperate and is now an embarrassing organization. It should have folded after the first year. I joined initially, and I was lead to believe that once votes started expiring, DPA was going to give up.

Last year, a DPA advocate was trying to get me to renew my card. I told him no as I think the DPA will be worse than ALPA. He then responded that I should fill out a card anyone just so there's a vote. He said we should at least have a choice. Until there's a vote, we are stuck with ALPA with no choice. I respectfully disagreed with his logic. My point is DPA is desperate. The organization should just fold. It is obvious at this point that ALPA is not going to be decertified. DPA has gotten to the point that it truly is harming our pilot group. If Carl is dumb enough to throw money away on the DPA that he will never see again and harm our negotiating in the process, I guess that's his prerogative. I guess if I was a 747 captain at a legacy for 20+ years, I wouldn't care about ****ing money away either.
